A word from KP — before you decide anything

Look, I want to be straight with you. I wouldn't want my wife or my maw signing up for something crazy with short-term results. I've been there myself — strict crash diets that gubbed my hormones and my mental health. So I'm being transparent: this isn't a quick fix so you can come back from your holiday a riot and wait till January.

This is me supporting you through one of the toughest seasons — holidays, kids off school, lots going on, sunshine (and I know what that brings out — hello, Whispering Angel). This is a journey with me. Not to suppress your Bad Sandy, but to really learn her. Let's do something that could actually change your life — not just your bank account with short-lived results.

I've worked with thousands of women and this is the only way that actually works. Trust me — or, you know what, I'd just sell you a 6-week cut.
