Tuna Avo Wrap

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 1 whole-grain wrap

  • 100g canned tuna in water, drained

  • 1/2 avocado, mashed

  • 50g mixed greens

  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt (full-fat)

  • A squeeze of lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Mix tuna with Greek yoghurt and lemon juice.

  2. Spread mashed avocado on the wrap, add the tuna mix, and top with greens.

  3. Roll up and enjoy.
