Tuna Avo Wrap
Ingredients (Serves 1):
1 whole-grain wrap
100g canned tuna in water, drained
1/2 avocado, mashed
50g mixed greens
1 tbsp Greek yoghurt (full-fat)
A squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions:
Mix tuna with Greek yoghurt and lemon juice.
Spread mashed avocado on the wrap, add the tuna mix, and top with greens.
Roll up and enjoy.
